I have 2 rooms available for rent which Includes the use of kitchen, washer/ dryer and wifi, first room is located upstairs and it's a large master bedroom with a private bathroom and 2 walk in closets and that room is $600 monthly & $350 security deposit . The other bedroom is located on main floor and has a closet and has a full bathroom across the hall, that room goes for $400 a month and $350 security deposit. (Utilities included)
